RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product is expired

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after a thorough inspection of the returned product

  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to be completed

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Exchange Option
Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
